Delete your My Helper account

My Helper, operated by Néam & Co, lets you delete your account in the app or request deletion from the web if you can no longer sign in.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to My Helper.
  2. Open Profile, then Settings.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.

If money is still involved in a booking, wallet balance, protection period or payout, the app explains what must be resolved before deletion can finish.

What deletion removes

  • Your Firebase Authentication account and active access.
  • Your profile details and uploaded profile or identity files.
  • Your notification tokens and personal account preferences.

Records we may retain

Completed booking, payment, payout, dispute, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained where required for accounting, legal compliance, platform safety or the rights of another marketplace participant. Retained records are minimised and no longer presented as an active user profile.

Request deletion without the app

Email from the address registered to your My Helper account. Include “Delete my My Helper account” and the phone number on the account if available. Support may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
